GOALS
Goal setting is the genesis of from which all actions originate. Without a goal BizSenze cannot assist any company. The first task for BizSenze is establishing objectives that help a company progress forward.
Bizsenze finds most goals to be financial, but vague. For example “Make more money” is a common refrain, but it is not a goal. “Make X amount by end of the year” is a goal. It can be measured, analyzed, evaluated, and adjusted. It is BizSenze endeavor to keep management on point regarding its goals.
Just as in sports it is the goals that count. This is BizSenze measuring stick as well.
